am a multi-disciplinary senior designer with over ten years of commercial experience, working as a designer in various industries from Media/Entertainment companies through to Non-Profit organisations. Throughout my employment, I have produced some outstanding work for a range of clients which have included HSBC, Waitrose, Wunderman, British Red Cross, Ministry of Defence, Peabody Trust, Sky and the 2012 Olympics.
Predominantly I have worked in Marketing and headed all in-house design projects making sure Service Level Agreements are adhered whilst accomplishing design briefs and meeting clients expectations. I have often worked alongside consultants and senior management to produce regular tailored, marketing solutions including the design of surveys, newsletters, pitch and bid collateral, profiles, opinion pieces and events collateral. I have managed digital, multimedia and video projects both in-house and throughout the UK and Europe working at all project stages from concept through to final production. Experienced in organising resources, budgeting and project managing whole design campaigns which have generated new business.

I have excellent communication skills being able to present ideas well, and give presentations at regular team meetings. Am self reliant and able to organise heavy workloads, prioritise and meet tight deadlines, through, creativity, planning, time management, innovation, project management, costing, budgeting and a tenacious design approach.
Perviously I worked for over 5 years as the sole Senior Graphic/Web designer at the Royal Academy of Dance headquarters in London. This involved working in the Marketing, Communications and Membership team as a consultant and as the creative lead of the department. My involvement included undertaking and project managing design ventures/campaigns for all internal departments within the company, these were Training, Examinations, The Faculty Of Education, Music Department, regional/national offices as well as international offices. Additional duties included producing adverts in numerous publications to promote and advertise the launch of new products for the Royal Academy of Dance's Shop (RAD Enterprises). I worked closely with suppliers, printers and affiliate companies, Youth Dance England and The Benesh Institute where I designed, built and managed their websites, including the design of invitations for conferences, posters for major events and a wide range of artwork for retail products.
My work is current, clear, highly creative and original where I seek to create fresh, innovative, commercially viable designs which successfully and clearly exceed client's expectations. The scope of my work covers branding, digital, advertising, DM, eDM, promotions, exhibition/event design, signage, posters, packaging, invitations, interactive/web design, video, dvd authoring, digital animation and art directing.
